NDE coverage runs to plan, with progressive sampling when a shot fails. Welder continuity is computed from the production log itself, per process. A load with an open reject doesn't ship — the gate holds it until disposition.

Records are born structured from shop-floor activity, not scraped into a binder afterward. A weld logged at the station, a heat received on the rack, a hold point signed off — each lands as a structured record on the job. By the time the last weld passes, the turnover package already exists.

  • Heat-to-shipment traceability. Heat → piece → assembly → load, with the MTR or CMTR scanned and attached at receiving.
  • Welder continuity, per process. Computed from your actual weld log to CSA W47.1 and AWS D1.1 periods — a welder can lapse on FCAW while staying current on SMAW, and Forge knows the difference.
  • NDE to code. Coverage tracked in dia-inch against the plan, with ASME B31.3 progressive sampling applied automatically when a shot fails.
  • ITPs with real hold points. H/W/R/V/M control points, three-party sign-off, and open holds that feed the turnover gate.

Start with one job, or one discipline. CSV and Excel imports bring in your rates, your people and your history, and most shops have their first real bid out of Forge in the first week. You don't migrate the company; you run one thing in Forge and let it earn the rest.
They don't have to be. Shop stations scan a barcode. Field crews sign the toolbox talk and they're clocked in. Subs and clients get token links that need no login at all. And if the shop wifi drops, scans queue offline and sync when it's back. Crews see the few things they need, nothing more.
That's the failure we built against. Takeoff lines carry evidence boxes on the drawing and weights are recomputed from the shape designation.
